What I Do

I am an experienced childcare professional offering a friendly, nurturing and high-quality pop-up crèche for the little guests at your event. My focus is to give the children at your wedding, or event, a fun and special experience, allowing the adults to fully relax and enjoy being present in the moment. I understand children, and their care is at the centre of everything I do. Let me help you ensure that they and you have a wonderful time on your special day! I understand that every wedding or event is unique. I offer a free consultation where I take the time to listen to your needs and then create a bespoke service just for you.

Services

Wedding Nanny

This is a one to one service where I will attend the wedding dedicated to your little one. I am there to care for, play with and meet their needs as well as enabling your child to participate in attending photoshoots and facilitating special jobs such as being a ring bearer. I will blend in like a guest and allow for those special family moments whilst constantly being there to support, care and ensure your child’s safety, especially important if there happens to be a pool. I will personally liaise with you and/or your wedding planner to ensure smooth running of your special day.

Sinead

I am a qualified childcare professional with 20 years of experience in a variety of settings including as a childminder and foster carer. I bring a wealth of experience including a depth of knowledge in additional needs support and children’s development. I love what I do and children never cease to amaze me. I am passionate about supporting families. At the pop-up crèche I love spending time with children, having fun and facilitating an easy and relaxing family experience. I bring a fun, engaging presence that quickly puts children at ease.

Why have childcare?

A wedding is a special day to celebrate your love with those you love. It’s a time to let your hair down, relax and enjoy yourself after all the hard work that has gone into the planning. Some parts of the day, although beautiful, can feel tiring for little ones - that’s where I come in. I arrive and create a beautiful, peaceful and fun environment for children of all ages to enjoy. Every element is thought about, from activities, toys and games, to a cosy place for story times and naps, let your guests take a breath knowing I’ve got it all covered to make their day easier. You can relax knowing that when it comes to your little guests, I have it all in hand.

What can I offer?

I can offer high quality childcare, backed by 20 years of experience. I can offer childcare for up to five children and I ensure that I get to know all the families who I work with in advance, I do this through information forms, video calls and text messages. I can either accompany individual children to an event or I can create a small and enriching play area for them to use. I am passionate about supporting families and making space for children to play. This can be during a wedding, event, holiday or any other reason you may need childcare whilst travelling.

What is the booking process?

Please contact me either through the site or at the email address [email protected]. Two or three day packages are my most popular bookings, and a deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. Do contact me for a free, no obligation video call where we can discuss your individual childcare needs.

What else do I need to know?

I am safeguarding and first aid trained, fully insured and criminal record checked. In planning for your event, I will take information from you such as allergies and additional needs to ensure that I take the best care of each child. The pop-up crèche is full of beautiful toys, specially chosen to enchant your little ones. I will take information from you about the age and interests of your little guests, and you can leave the rest to me; everything I do will be tailored to them.
